I don't know what to do.. I've been letting myself go hungry, lately, getting less and less food.. I dropped from 150-155 to 144 in the past few weeks. (I'm 5'5 1/2 btw) But I tried a BMI calculator, one says I'm overweight, the other says I'm just this side of being overweight. I thought I was doing good. Now I just want to go die. I'm so stuck with everything.

Hi hi hi first of all I want you to really take in that your weight is not a definition of your worth, ever. No matter what that number on the scale is, you deserve to live and you are worth a life full of love and hope.

BMI checking is an inaccurate measure of what your body needs. Each body has a different healthy weight range and it’s important to understand that human bodies are so complex, it’s difficult to make these sweeping standards. According to the BMI Chart, most body builders would be classified as obese, though they are healthy.

I know it’s hard and I know you’re not going to change your thoughts about your body in one text post, but I really want you to know that you are beautiful in who you are, not what your weight is. What helped me is thinking about the reasons I love my best friends so much, and I admitted to myself that I never once took their appearances into account. Your are worth love, especially and ultimately from yourself.

Today, I decided that I am proud of myself.
