so like here’s the thing:

you can’t compare one person’s mental illness to another. It’s not a competition to see who needs more treatment or medication or formal support. 

everyone has their own “rock bottom” point in their life and we can’t keep striving to glorify our lower points. 

each person has a different path and is processing differently, and the best thing we can do is offer each other love and kindness.
